      What is LIV Golf?
  
  LIV Golf is here to modernize and supercharge the wonderful sport of golf. The LIV Golf League is for the millions of us who love golf already – and for millions more who are just getting started. Our mission is to build on and complement the existing format of professional golf and take it to new levels of excitement and engagement with generations of fans.

        ENTRY PROCEDURE AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
 
      Security and Safety
  
  Security and safety are our number one priority at all LIV Golf events.
While attending a LIV Golf event, we encourage everyone to participate in making this a safe and enjoyable experience for all. We ask that while you are at the event, please be aware of your surroundings and report all suspicious activity to security, law enforcement, or a tournament official.
           Entry & Carry-in Policy
  
  Guests are permitted to carry an opaque bag, measuring no larger than 6” x 6” x 6” (small sized handbag) and/or a clear bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (in their natural state, such as a Ziplock gallon freezer bag). There will be no storage offered for oversized bags.
No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag.
Guests may bring food into the tournament for individual consumption in a clear, resealable plastic bag not to exceed the size of a (1) gallon bag. Apples, oranges, pears, and other whole fruit must be cut in half. Outside beverages are not permitted. 
One reusable plastic water cup/bottle per person that is empty or factory sealed, which cannot hold more than 32 oz / 1 L, is allowed.
Exceptions are made for Guests with medical needs and for glass baby bottles at the sole and absolute discretion of management. 
Bags and their interiors will be visually inspected by security personnel at a screening table. Guests' belongings will be in their sight throughout the screening process, and guests can pick up their belongings at the end of the table once they have completed the bag checks. 
Medically necessary materials, mobility assistance devices, strollers, and small diaper bags are allowed and are subject to search.
Any item that could affect the safety of the Tournament, its attendees, or property shall not be permitted onto the grounds. Any person that could affect the safety of the Tournament, its attendees or property shall be denied entry. 
LIV Golf management reserves the right to prohibit or require the removal of any items at its sole and absolute discretion.
           Prohibited Items list
  
  Include, but are not limited to:
- Firearms, knives, electronic "stun" devices, chemicals, or other weapons of any kind (regardless of license or permit).
 
- Lounge chairs, oversized chairs with extended footrests, or rigid type chairs (such as solid metal lawn or folding chairs). Chairs and/or seat cushions must not be stored in a bag. Small folding chairs are permissible.
 
- Briefcases, suitcases/luggage of any kind, or other hard-sided bags or containers.
 
- Any plastic water cup/bottle exceeding 32 oz / 1 L, or that is not empty or factory sealed.
 
- Coolers, metal or glass bottles/cups of any kind, unless medically necessary.
 
- Anything (including, but not limited to, flags, flyers, banners, clothing, etc.) that would facilitate ambush marketing or other commercial activity is not permitted.
 
- Golf clubs or any size, brooms, poles, periscopes, staffs, or sticks. Golf shoes with metal spikes.
 
- Video cameras or other equipment designed for the sole purpose of video and/or audio recording, except for media personnel with proper credentials.
 
- TVs, computers, laptops, or tablets to include wireless devices that emit radio waves (such as cell phone signal jammers, radio scanners, and walkie-talkies, Wi-Fi routers (wireless local networking devices), except for personal mobile phones and wireless receivers (such as radios).
 
- Alcohol and illegal drugs or recreational drugs of any kind.
 
- Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
 
- Air horns, fireworks, confetti, streamers, glitter, and other distracting devices that may interfere with and/or distract an event participant or impede audio or audio/visual telecast or recording of the event, or any technology-related service provided at the Tournament.
 
- Stepladders, stools, buckets, milk crates, or raised platforms of any kind.
 
- Projectiles (e.g. golf balls, Frisbees, or beach balls)
 
- Drones, remote-controlled aircraft, or other unmanned devices.
 
- Bicycles, segways, scooters, skateboards, or other personal transportation devices (motorized or self-propelled) allowed inside admission gates (other than used for individuals with mobility disabilities or medical purposes)
 
- Aerosol cans (e.g. mace, pepper spray, hairspray, or sunscreen). Cream sunscreen is allowed.
 
- Visibly obscene, indecent, or inappropriate clothing, masks, or costumes.
 
- Banners, boards, symbols, flyers, clothing, insignias, or propaganda-type material of an extreme religious, racist, or xenophobic nature or constituting an incitement to violence.
 
- Objects that might compromise or disrupt the experience and enjoyment of other spectators, such as large flags, banners, signs, oversized hats, large umbrellas (golf umbrellas allowed), whistles, vuvuzelas, musical instruments, horns, etc.
 
- Laser pointer pens, selfie sticks, mono/tripods, or other professional camera equipment
 
- Small pocket-sized digital cameras with a zoom lens 6 inches or shorter are permitted. Larger 35mm cameras cannot exceed 3 inches in length.
 
- Any other objects deemed dangerous or inappropriate at the sole discretion of LIV Golf or its representatives that might compromise or disrupt the experience and enjoyment of other spectators, broadcast, or LIV Golf sponsored or endorsed activity will be allowed.
 
Such items will be prohibited from being brought into the Tournament. There is no storage area for these items. Guests arriving by public transportation should take particular care not to bring any prohibited items, as no exceptions will be made.
LIV Golf management reserves the right to change or modify this policy without notice.
        TICKETS
 
      When will I receive my tickets?
  
  Tickets will be available 10 days prior to the event by accessing your account. All tickets are digital. We recommend adding your tickets to your Apple or Google wallet prior to arrival. PDF tickets will not be accepted.
    
      If I never received a ticket email, what should I do?
  
  An email with your ticket information will be sent to the email address on your account from info@service.feverup.com 10 days prior to the event. If you did not receive your email, please check your junk folder. You can also log into your account directly with the email address on your account to access your tickets.
           Do I need separate tickets for Hospitality and Grounds Pass?
  
  Grounds Pass tickets allow fans to walk alongside their favorite LIV Golf stars with access to every hole. Hospitality tickets include the same access as a Grounds Pass, with additional access to the respective hospitality area. Hospitality ticket holders do not need an additional Grounds Pass ticket.
    
      Do children need tickets?
  
  Children ages 12 and under, accompanied by an adult, will receive complimentary admission (Grounds Pass) at the gate and do not require a ticket. For any hospitality areas, children ages 4 and older will need a ticket to gain access.
    
      Can I resell my ticket?
  
  No offer to resell or the resale of a Ticket is permitted to the extent prohibited by any applicable federal, state or local law or regulation. Any resale in violation of any law or regulation will invalidate the Ticket without being entitled to a refund. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale inside the Venue, including in the surrounding grounds or parking areas of the Venue, and any person who sells or offers Tickets for resale at any price inside the Venue will be removed from the premises, will have their Ticket cancelled and may be prosecuted.
    
      Do I need to print my ticket?
  
  No, you will get your ticket in an email before the event and can add it to Apple or Google wallet.
    
      I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
  
  Your purchase confirmation is not a ticket. Your ticket(s) will be sent to you 10 days before the event.

           Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
  
  Please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible.

           Can I make a group booking?
  
  If you would like to book for a large group, please contact us with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
           Will more ticket inventory become available if a product or event is listed as ‘Sold Out’?

           What is the dress code for the event?
  
  There is no dress code as LIV Golf is a casual event. We recommend neat casual attire, as well as comfortable flat shoes. Costumes are not allowed.
Please check the weather forecast and remember to bring sunscreen, a hat and a rain jacket if required. Sunscreen must be creams or lotions, as aerosol sprays are not permitted at the event.
           Can I bring an umbrella?
  
  Yes! Rain umbrellas are permitted, including golf umbrellas. Large umbrellas, such as beach umbrellas, will not be permitted on site.
    
      Can I bring a water bottle?
  
  Yes! One reusable plastic water cup or bottle per person that is empty upon entry and exit, which cannot hold more than 32 oz / 1L, or one 32 oz / 1L or less factory-sealed water bottle per person is allowed.
There will be water refill stations throughout the course.
No coolers, metal or glass bottles, or cups of any kind unless medically necessary.
           Can I bring food and beverages?
  
  YES! At every LIV Golf event there is a Fan Village filled with golf games, challenges, entertainers and more for the whole family. 
Children ages 12 and under, accompanied by an adult, will receive complimentary admission (Grounds Pass) at the gate and do not require a ticket. For any hospitality areas, children ages 4 and older will need a ticket to gain access.
           Can I bring my kids?
  
  Yes! Parents can bring their strollers and necessary supplies for feeding their infant or pumping. You can change diapers, pump, and feed your baby in Family Services in the Fan Village. Please refer to the course map once available.
    
      Are strollers and/or diaper bags allowed?
  
  Only registered service animals are allowed at LIV Golf events.
    
      Can I bring my pet?

      Is smoking allowed at LIV Golf events?
  
  LIV Golf is a family event, and there are dedicated kids' autograph zones near the practice areas. It's suggested to arrive early and head towards the practice range and other practice areas so you can catch players when they finish warming up. LIV Golf does not guarantee autographs and guests must ensure they adhere to our Code of Conduct at all times.
    
      Can I ask players for autographs?
  
  The end time is subject to the pace of play and whether there have been any suspensions due to weather or other interruptions. Typically, play is expected to last between 4.5 – 5 hours.

  Yes, LIV Golf is cashless. Credit cards will be accepted across the site. ATMs and bank machines are not available on site.

      Is LIV Golf accessible?
  
  LIV Golf is an accessible event, including all hospitality areas, and welcomes spectators who require assistance.
There will be accessible viewing platforms throughout the course, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible restrooms are also available throughout the course, in the Fan Village and in hospitality areas. All shuttle bus pick-up points and shuttle buses are wheelchair accessible.
Accessible shuttles to certain locations on the course will be available for those who need them. During peak times, there may be an extended wait. 
Guests who require accessibility assistance are asked to visit the Fan Services booth located near the main entrance. 
A dedicated Accessibility and Family Services map highlighting these on-course amenities will be available closer to the event.
Wheelchairs and motorized scooters are allowed. However, LIV Golf recommends bringing your own devices, as rentals are not available on-site. Small folding stools or chairs without armrests are allowed.

             Can I bring my camera?
  
  Cameras six inches or less are allowed. Anything bigger will not be permitted without media credentials.
    
   LIV GOLF EVENT POLICIES
 
      Alcohol Policy
  
  
- Guests consuming alcoholic beverages will do so in a responsible manner. Any impaired, or intoxicated fans will be removed from the tournament grounds and subject to criminal trespass or prosecution.  
 
- Underage fans consuming alcoholic beverages or any fan who assists in purchasing or supplying alcoholic beverages to underage fans will be removed from the tournament grounds in a prompt and safe manner and subject to criminal prosecution.
 
- There is a limit of two alcoholic beverages per Guest, per sale at concessions stands and portable carts on the grounds.
 
- Alcohol sales begin in all hospitality areas and throughout the grounds when gates open pending local and state laws.
 
- Alcohol sales conclude on the course and in all hospitality areas at last putt. Alcohol sales will conclude in the concert area 30 min prior to the end of the show. Availability of alcohol and alcohol sale start/cutoff times may vary and are determined by management, among others.
 
           Code of Conduct
  
  To ensure a fun, safe and memorable experience for all, please adhere to the LIV Golf Code of Conduct:
- Attendees shall always remain outside the ropes which demarcate the playing fields of the golf course unless so expressly authorized and/or instructed by an Authorized Person.
 
- The obstruction of gangways, access-ways, exits, entrances or staircases, congregating in non-designated areas or seeking entry to stands or seats for which the Attendee does not hold a valid Ticket/Hospitality Pass (as the case may be) or authorization is strictly forbidden. The climbing of walls, trees, fences, stands or any other structure within the Venue (including either side of any perimeter fencing) is strictly forbidden. 
 
- LIV Golf promotes a positive environment where all participants, guests, volunteers, and staff are treated with dignity and respect. Cheering and positive gallery responses to great play are encouraged, however, unsolicited, and consistent calls from the gallery toward players and others are prohibited. Any individual or group that verbally abuses, taunts, or shouts insults at the players, caddies, captains, volunteers, officials and/or their partners, families or other guests at any time or displays unruly or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises.
 
- Guests will enjoy the LIV Golf tournament free from disruptive behavior including, but not limited to foul or abusive language, obscene gestures, fighting, throwing objects, booing, or cheering at inappropriate times, attempting to disrupt play or distract Teams or Players from their professional game. Those who engage in any of these actions are subject to immediate ejection from the tournament grounds and subject to criminal trespass or prosecution. 
 
- Guests will avoid engaging in behavior that endangers the safety of players, caddies, officials, volunteers, or other spectators (such as throwing any items, liquids/biohazards, or chemicals).
 
- Defacing or obscuring any notice or advertisement present within the Venue is strictly forbidden.
 
- Guests consuming alcoholic beverages will do so in a responsible manner. Any impaired, or intoxicated fans will be removed from the tournament grounds and subject to criminal trespass or prosecution. 
 
- Underage fans consuming alcoholic beverages or any fan who assists in purchasing or supplying alcoholic beverages to underage fans will be removed from the tournament grounds in a prompt and safe manner and subject to criminal prosecution. 
 
- Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest tournament representative. 
 
- Guests who choose not to adhere to any of these provisions will be denied entry or subject to ejection without refund. Hospitality/VIP Package holders and/or their guests who are identified violating any of these provisions are subject to revocation of their hospitality/VIP suite, box and/or package for the remainder of the tournament and all future tournaments.
 
           Golf Etiquette
  
  By coming onto the tournament grounds, you accept that you will abide by the basic rules of golf etiquette. Those who do not are subject to expulsion and the loss of ticket and/or credential privileges. 
- Mobile devices MUST be in SILENT mode.
 
- Stand still and remain quiet when a player is about to hit the ball and until the shot has been completed.
 
- “Hands in the air” means stop and be quiet while golfers are playing their shots. 
 
- Do not stand behind or in line with a golfer’s lie or line to the pin. 
 
- Never cross fairways, except at designated crossover areas marked by signage. 
 
- Ensure that any mobile device is placed in silent mode when on the tournament grounds. 
 
- Follow the directions of the tournament marshals. 
 
- Spectators will be removed immediately without warning for: disruptive behavior, intoxication, and refusal to obey quiet signs or signals.
